Flowers
"FLOWERS" follows the lives of six women over the course of three generations (from the Show period all the way through to the present day). Since her parents arranged her marriage in the 1930s, Rin (Yu Aoi) has been concerned about her future. Rin eventually has three daughters: Kaoru (Yuko Takeuchi), who sadly loses her husband in a vehicle accident, Midori (Rena Tanaka), who is a career woman who is shaken by a marriage proposal, and Sato (Yuko Takeuchi), who is the youngest of the three girls (Yukie Nakama). In the 1960s, Sato gives birth to two children, Kanna (Kyoka Suzuki) and Kei (Keichiro Suzuki) (Ryoko Hirosue). Kanna is now concerned about becoming a single mother in the present day. Women's lives are beautifully and gracefully shown in this film.
