Cotton Comes to Harlem

Harlem's African-American population is being scammed by the Rev. Deke O'Malley, that dishonestly asserts that small donations will protect parcels of land from Africa. They learn that the money is being hammered inside a bale of cotton, when new york police officers Gravedigger Jones and Coffin Ed Johnson research O'Malley's scam. Nevertheless, O'Malley, the police, and a lot of others end up scrambling whenever the amount of money goes lost.
