Crayon Shin-Chan: Crash! Rakuga Kingdom and Almost Four Heroes

The kingdom that floats above overhead, that makes use of totally free doodles as an energy source, "Rakuga Kingdom." However, now in the face of a lack in power, they get on the edge of ruin.
