Disco

Mirjam, who is 19, has a life that, at first glance, seems to be without flaw. Her contemporary evangelical church beams with pride as she holds the title of world champion in freestyle disco dancing. Despite this, her body is pleading for assistance, and while she is attempting to defend her title at the dancing world championships, she passes out on stage. The remedy proposed by her family is for her to concentrate more on her religious practices. In her quest for understanding, she visits a more stringent and traditionalist place of worship.
