Farewell, My Lovely

LA private eye Philip Marlowe (Robert Mitchum) is hired by ex-con Moose Malloy to come across his girl friend. While additionally investigating the murder of a customer and the convicted of a jade necklace, Marlowe becomes entangled together with all seductress Helen Grayle (Charlotte Rampling) and finds a web of dark secrets that are better left hidden. My Lovely is a noir film of this 1944 film however it follows the original Raymond Chandler's book more closely.
