Metallica & San Francisco Symphony: S&M2

S&M2 is a celebration of the 20th anniversary of Metallica's ground-breaking S&M concerts and album, which were recorded with the San Francisco Symphony. The event will take place on October 9, 2019, and will be presented by Trafalgar Releasing. Experience them once more when they perform with the Symphony under the legendary direction of Michael Tilson Thomas, who will be leading a portion of the program as he begins his last season in San Francisco. The events, which were recorded live on September 6th and 8th, also serve as a celebration of the opening of the cutting-edge Chase Center, which is a historic addition to the city's waterfront. This theatrical edition allows millions of fans all over the world the opportunity to experience the event as if it were a modern-day big-screen concert. It includes Metallica favorites from the 1999 S&M release as well as symphonic versions of new songs.
