Other People's Money
A hostile takeover of a "mom and pop" company is threatened by a corporate raider. To try to defend the company, the patriarch enlists the services of his wife's daughter, who is a lawyer. The raider is smitten with her and relishes the volleys of legal maneuvering as he seeks to win her heart. Ed Sutton is the author of this piece.
