Overheard 3

Law worked as a chauffeur for rural tycoon Luk and was imprisoned for fatally injuring a prominent landowner in a car accident. It was reported that Luk orchestrated the landowner's demise, giving Luk an advantage in the native apartment construction contract. Five years later, when Law is released from prison, the world has changed. Luk's firm has risen in strength, but Keung, Luk's right-hand man, has his own purpose. However, events take an unexpected turn. With the assistance of Law's prison friend and computer genius Joe, Law drugs Sean and his brothers and then modifies their mobile phones for wiretapping. Joe meets materialistic single mother Eva, who reveals a tragic history with both Law and Keung. Through the eavesdropping, Law discovers Keung's final plan, which has the potential to permanently alter Hong Kong's land development.
