Peace by Chocolate

Following the bombing of the family's chocolate factory in war-torn Lebanon, Tareq Hadhad and his Syrian family escape to the little Canadian hamlet of Antigonish. Issam, Tareq's father, begins manufacturing chocolates again, which are a hit at the local church. Neighbor Frank recruits local investors for a new factory, and local chocolatier Kelly is frightened by the competition. Tareq is divided between his desire to become a physician and his commitment to the family business, while Issam's "Peace By Chocolate" business continues to expand.
