Rita, Sue and Bob Too

Realistic story of workingclass Yorkshire life. 2 schoolgirls have a sexual fling with a married person. Intense and light hearted by turns. Andrea Dunbar accommodated rita, Sue And Bob Too from just two of her own plays that were controversial. Rita (Siobhan Finneran) and Sue (Michelle Holmes) are just two teenagers living on a run-down real estate investment in Bradford who both share a work babysitting for Bob (George Costigan) and Michelle's (Lesley Sharp) kids. Whilst going for a lift home Bob decides to shoot Rita and Sue up. Knowing what he's got in mind, Rita and Sue are only too happy to oblige and both have a sexual encounter with him that becomes a normal occurrence. Despite the obvious nature of the movie, this can appear as a though enduringly amusing film that has a gritty undertone.
