Dick Romans is a disgraced TV host whose wife abandons him the day before their ten-year wedding anniversary. Dick decides to go through with the week-long party... by himself, alone with his thoughts, his dog, and a lot of booze. The seven event-filled days became Dick's reluctant vision quest, complete with strange individuals, awkward romance, and some much-needed self-examination.
