Favoring dogs, a new law puts a tax on breeds. Owners ditch their shelters and dogs eventually become over crowded. Lili struggles to protect her pet Hagen, however, her father eventually sets canine free on the streets. Hagen and his pretty master search urgently for each other before Lili loses beliefs. Homeless Hagen understands not everyone is your dog's best friend. Hagen joins a gang of dogs, but is captured and shipped into the pound. With very little expectation inside , the dogs will grab a chance to escape and revolt against mankind. Their payback will soon be merciless. Lili might be the only one that is able to prevent this unexpected warfare between person and dog.
