A young couple goes to a shabby Eastern European hospital for plastic surgery, and it's not very clean. The young woman wants to get her breasts down. Mom comes along, too. She gets a new facelift. The boyfriend is walking through an empty ward when he comes across a young woman who has been gagged and strapped to an operating table. She is the result of an experimental rejuvenation treatment.
