Dead of Night
Dead of Night was a British television anthology collection of fiction, broadcast on BBC2 at 1972 and made by the BBC. It ran for a string. Of its seven 50-minute episodes, just three--"The Exorcism","Return Flight", and"A Woman Sobbing"--have been known to live from the BBC's archives. Yet another programme produced by the Dead of Night production team under Innes Lloyd, The Stone Tape, intended to be the episode, does survive from the archives but had not been broadcast under the Dead of Night bannerads.
BBC Four re-broadcast"The Exorcism" on 22 December 2007.
