Elfen Lied

The Diclonius, a mutated homo sapien chosen by God and destined to be mankind's demise, has two horns in their skulls and a "sixth sense" that grants it telekinetic abilities. Because of their terrible power, the government has caught and isolated them in laboratories. Lucy, a young and crazy Diclonius, escapes and viciously murders the majority of the guards in the laboratory, only to be shot in the head as she flees. She survives and manages to drift to a beach, where she is discovered by two teens named Kouta and Yuka. Having lost her memory, she was named after the only thing she can now pronounce, "Nyuu," and the two allow her to reside at Kouta's house. However, the evil "Lucy" appears to be alive and well...
