Gate

Back in August of 20XX, a portal to a parallel planet, known as the"Gate," unexpectedly appeared in Ginza, Tokyo. Troops and monsters poured turning on the shopping district into a bloody inferno. The Japan Ground-Self Defence Force instantly took action and pushed the fantasy monsters straight back to the"Gate." To facilitate discussions and prepare for future fights, the JGSDF discharged the Third Reconnaissance Team into the"Particular Area" at the other side of the Gate. Youji Itami, a 33-year-old otaku together with a JSDF officer , was appointed as the Team's leader. Amid attacks from enemy troops the team learnt alot about the local culture and tradition and detected various places.
