George of the Jungle

George of the Jungle is a television series from Canada. It is an Adobe Flash-animated remake of the 1967 cartoon series of the same name. It is produced in Canada and, more recently, in the United States. It premiered on Cartoon Network with a Christmas special. It is now running on Disney Channel in Latin America. The remake is largely faithful to the original production, with a few significant deviations. A typical edition of the show consists of two 11-minute segments. This differs from the original cartoon, which also starred Tom Slick and Super Chicken. The first season of the show aired from June 29, 2007 to January 11, 2008, and the second season will premiere in 2014.
