Moonlighting
Moonlighting is a American television series which aired from March 3, 1985. A total of 66 episodes aired. Starring Bruce Willis and Cybill Shepherd as private detectives, the show was a mixture of drama, comedy, and love, and has been thought of as among the first influential and successful examples of comedy-drama, or"dramedy", appearing as a different tv genre.
The theme song of the show also became a winner and was conducted by jazz singer Al Jarreau. The show is credited to making Willis a celebrity, while providing Shepherd having a success after having a string of lackluster projects. Back in 1997, the episode"The Dream Sequence Always Rings Twice" has been rated #34 on Television Guide's 100 Greatest Episodes of All Time. In 2007, the series was listed among Time magazine"100 Best television shows of alltime." The association between Maddie and David has been comprised in TV Guide's list of the TV couples of all time.
