The Lieutenant
The Lieutenant is the first, the American television series. It aired on NBC. Arena Productions, one of the most successful production companies of the 1960s of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer produced it. Situated at Camp Pendleton, the West Coast base of the U.S. Marine Corps, '' The Lieutenant focuses on the guys of the Corps in peace time using a Cold War backdrop. The name character is a few of those training teachers at Camp Pendleton, also a gun platoon leader and Second Lieutenant William Tiberius Rice. The Lieutenant, an hourlong drama investigates the lifestyles of both officers and enlisted Marines equally.
The series was launched on DVD in just 2 sets by the Warner Archive Collection on August 14, 2012.
