The Love Boat
The Love Boat is a American television series placed on a cruise ship, that aired on the ABC Television Network in September 2 4, 1977, before May 24, 1986. The series starred Gavin MacLeod as the ship's captain. It had been a portion of ABC Saturday night lineup that comprised Fantasy Island before that series ended in 1984.
The initial 1976 made-for-TV movie on which the series had been established was itself dependent on the nonfiction novel The Love Boats by Jeraldine Saunders, a cruise manager. Until the show began its conduct, two more television pictures would accompany.
The executive producer for the show had been Aaron Spelling, who produced several powerful string for ABC from the 1960s into the 1980s.
In 1997, the episode together with department names"Hidden Treasure","Picture from the Past", and"Ace's Salary" was ranked No. 82 on television Guide's 100 Greatest Episodes of All Time. The Love Boat conducted for 10 seasons, for example specials.
